Our Approach to Projects

Dinero Solution’s application implementation approach is to assist and guide it’s customers with a comprehensive solution to replace/enhance their current legacy systems. Specific objectives include:

  • Oracle Applications: Solution must demonstrate ability to meet the needs of the end users and ability to rapidly deploy the applications in a phased approach.
  • Off the Shelf: Vendor customization will be limited to items necessary to meet business requirements.
  • Simplicity: System and business process complexities are minimized.
  • Reduce Redundancy: Data replication is minimized.
  • Intelligent Systems: Business rules are modeled in the selected application.
  • Automation of Business Flow: Workflow will substantially streamline many of the existing routine manual business processes.

AIM Methodology

The development and execution of our work plan is governed by a rigorous project management methodology (Advanced Implementation Methodology, or AIM). Dinero adheres to the principles of AIM in all of the implementations we undertake.

High quality with targeted deliverables is the standard for all engagements. To ensure this high standard is consistently met, we have built multiple quality assurance steps into the AIM Methodology. The Quality Assurance Program forms a solid support structure to ensure success for our clients through:

  • An experienced, motivated, and well-trained project team
  • On-going project management oversight
  • Executive review and oversight
  • Formal Independent Quality Reviews conducted at multiple points throughout the project lifecycle
